1. What VaulTrade Replay is

VaulTrade Replay is a trading simulator for practicing with real historical XAUUSD (gold/dollar) candles. It lets you jump back to a point in history, step forward candle by candle, and place simulated trades against a fictional balance, with the goal of training decision-making without risking real money.

2. Your account

• You must register with a valid email address and a password. You're responsible for keeping your password secret and for all activity under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• The information you provide (name, email) must be accurate.
• Each account is personal and non-transferable.

3. Acceptable use

You may not:

• Attempt to access other users' accounts or parts of the platform without authorization.
• Run automated scraping, brute-force attacks, or anything intended to overload or damage the service.
• Use the platform for illegal activity or to impersonate someone else.
• Resell or redistribute access to the platform without authorization.

4. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account, immediately and at our discretion, if you breach these terms, including the misuse described above. We'll notify you by email when reasonably possible. You may delete your account whenever you want, with no need to give a reason, directly from your settings page or by contacting us (see the contact section); deletion permanently and immediately removes your account and personal data and can't be undone.

5. Paid plan and free trial

VaulTrade Replay Pro costs €5.99/month, with a 14-day free trial for new accounts. You're not charged anything during the trial; if you don't cancel before it ends, billing starts automatically at the listed price, through our payment processor (Stripe). You can cancel anytime from your settings page, with no penalty — canceling keeps your access until the end of the period you've already paid for. If a charge fails (e.g. an expired card), we'll notify you and retry before suspending paid access. Charges already made are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you have any question or issue with a charge, contact us first at support@vaultrade.xyz — we resolve it directly before you need to open a dispute with your bank or Stripe. We reserve the right to modify, pause or discontinue any part of the service, and to change the price for future periods with reasonable advance notice.

6. Intellectual property

The name "VaulTrade Replay", the platform's design and its code belong to us. Historical price data is used for educational purposes within the simulator, is provided "as is" with no accuracy guarantee, and may not be scraped or redistributed outside the platform. No license is granted to reuse the design or code outside your personal use of the platform.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is", with no guarantee of continuous availability or being error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for real investment decisions you make based on your practice on this platform, nor for losses from trading real money in financial markets. This is a practice environment, not an advisory service.

8. Assignment

We may assign or transfer these terms and our rights and obligations under them (for example, in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets), notifying you when applicable. You may not assign your account or your rights under these terms to a third party.

9. Severability and force majeure

If any clause of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. We won't be liable for failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (third-party infrastructure failures, network outages, force majeure events).

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If a change is material, we'll notify you by email or with a notice on the platform before it takes effect.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts in Spain, unless applicable consumer-protection rules state otherwise.
